Growth Portfolio (Top Flight)
The growth portfolio seeks to maximize capital appreciation by allocating a higher percentage of the portfolio to the highest ranked asset classes. It is suitable for investors who can tolerate higher levels of market volatility and have a longer-term (over five years) investment horizon. Growth portfolio is actively managed, and it primarily moves in and out of a mix of asset types and classes that meet the requirements of our research models.

Moderate Portfolio (Growth & Income)
The moderate portfolio has the fine balance of the growth and income components, which changes from time to time based on our asset allocation model. It factors current market conditions and targets a moderate investment objective. It is designed for moderate investors who want to reduce exposure to market risk and volatility, but retain the potential for higher investment returns.

Income Portfolio
The income portfolio puts primary emphasis on current income and secondary emphasis on capital appreciation to provide some inflation hedge. This portfolio is suitable for investors who have a shorter-term investment horizon, a desire for a low degree of volatility, and current income needs.
